What Causes Indentation On Right Hip And Upper Leg?

I have an indentation on my right hip/upper leg. Looks like a hole and I do not have one on the other side. It is starting to hurt pretty bad. I am 5 and weigh about 120. I do take Atentol, blood pressure, tricor, celexa, trazadone, vitamins. Just had blood work done and it was all good.

May be dislocation of a bone. However, a Physical examination
is mandatory to assess this since there are variety of other
causes that needs to be ruled out.
