What Causes Indentation Post Popping BCG Blister?

Hello Dr My baby had his BCGvaccine 2 months ago. This morning the blister bursts on its own n i had to squeeze the remaining discharge as it was leaking all over the place. Now it s like he has a big hole covered by a skin. Is the incident going to interfere with the healing process???

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it must be some infection initially it can be managed with local antibiotic only and it gives much better result and best is "Povidone Iodine" ointment, do not disturb the wound now, it can only be clean with antiseptic lotion very gently hope this information helps.
