Hi,
Noted your history about having painless lumps on right forearm, no loss of any strength, slightly discolored, about the size of a quarter, now on let arm also.
The most probable causes I can think about are as follows:
Boils or infected sebaceous cysts with subcutaneous edema.
Lipoma.
This can be diagnosed by the following:
Consult your Primary Physician to have clinical evaluation, examination so that a primary diagnosis is made if if the cause if infection then you can have a prescription based antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines and may be something like
Povidone Iodine to apply locally.
If the cause is lipoma or any other thing then take a
second opinion of a
General Surgeon and have further management as per the cause found.
Do not fondle or pop as this may spread the infection or inflammation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
