What Causes Indentations On The Scalp With Headaches And Low Back Pain?

Yes thank you. I am 52 yo. I just noticed I have 2 indentations on my skull at the location of the contender area. It has been about 3 months since I first felt it. I have occasional headaches. I have visual changes. I have low back pain that I feel like my body is split in two from belly button down, and pain in my heels mostly when I get up first thing in the morning.

Hi,

In my opinion, you should first get done MRI brain to rule out and skull bone or brain pathology. If MRI is normal then no need to worry much. Possibility of stress and anxiety related symptoms is more likely. So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.

Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. You may need anxiolytic drugs (Propranolol and Flunarizine combination) too. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these but first rule out brain pathology. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
