What Causes Indigestion And Bloating Of Abdomen While On Thyroxine?
I was taking flouxtine 40 mg from previous one year. And thyroxine 75 from previous 6 years . From previous four months i have not taken flouxtine 40mg but 20 mg that too irregularly. I am facing indigestion and blotting problems from previous three months. From 20 days i am taking pantaparozole with levosulphride i am feeling well now. But i want to minimise the drugs . consultation and adivse. My age is 40
You could be lactose intolerant. Make sure none of the medications you use has lactose in it. Also, Fluoxetine needs to be taken regularly for it to work. Indigestion problems with Fluoxetine are common. Discuss with your treating doctor the dosage of Fluoxetine and if it is needed at all. Thyroxine is probably not the issue.
