What Causes Indigestion Problem And Pain On Right Side Under Ribs?

i had surgery 10 years ago for a blockage behind my stomach up until about a month ago i had some indigestion a lot now on my rt side under neath rib cage it constantly hurts the pain rotates around to my back appears to be localized to the bones in my back on the right side since the surgery i also had my gall bladder removed i have never really been pain free for any period of time in this localized area could it be scar tissue i am a black 68 year old

Well come to HCM
With the history of abdominal surgery twice and having pain now so this need to be investigated because this could be gastrointestinal pathology again one can not take this as granted , it is okay if nothings comes out in investigation but doubt would be cleared, then condition can be treated with following medicines only
1) Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day
2) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 30 mg once in day
you need to continue this medicines for couple of days, take care.
