i have had a skin graft on my ankle. That was over a month ago, im still having it dessed and there is a lot smelly discharge. Hence having it dressed every 3rd day, antibiotics , and cant shower again , dose this mean my graft hasnt taken , my doctor is seeing me regular

Consult a general surgeon and get the wound dressed properly. You have to start on antibiotics based on culture and sensitivity.
