What Causes Infection In Bowels, Kidneys And Heart With Palpitations?

My friend in an other country is desperately ill. Docters thought ecoli infection was found in bowels,but were not sure, then the infection moved to kidneys, then heart, heart pulpitation and dropping vital signs and headaches began to occur, hot head - ice cold feet and lungs on fire within 3 weeks. She had dental work done this year ( 2 rootcanal ) and was wondering if that could be a factor of bacteria in blood...She went into hospital now this past sunday,where they gave her injections against blood clods ,but fear she is bleeding now from her brains, she is in a lot of pain and has been vomitting for these past 2 hours, what could cause all this docter Sjailja?

The problem here is septicaemia
Means infection of the blood which is spreading to all the vital organs.It is a dangerous situation .Higher antibiotics and supportive care is the treatment.We have to find out the causative agent first.All the cultures has to be taken.(Blood,urine...)
Complete evaluation to look for the origin of infection.Ask the doctor for re-evaluation of the root canal site.Cardiac evaluation has to be done to rule out wndocarditis......
