General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a skin infection.
I suggest using hydrogen peroxide to clean the area.
I also recommend using an antibiotic cream for local application.
If the symptoms continue, I suggest to consult a dermatologist.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
