What Causes Infertility Having Suspended From Menstruation Since One Year?

Hi good afternoon dear doctors, excuse my English, I only speak Spanish, my question is this: at the age of 11 years I have performed a surgical operation to suck LEFT OVARY since what had inflamed cyst that had the size of a grapefruit. Today I have 31 years I am a married woman and I CAN NOT GET PREGNANT, my surgeon told my mom at the time that there will be no problem because it still had the RIGHT OVARY after my operation I returned to menstruate until age 18 and my menstruation was normal, but 3 years ago my menstruation is iRREGULAR ago, 1 year ago ago I TOTALLY suspended menstruation, I perform a transvaginal ultrasound and apparently I HAVE NO FAULTS, all right, my right ovary I have left this in perfect condition, but then because my 1 year suspended my menstruation ??? I HAVE NO DISEASE TOOK NO ALCOHOL, AND NEVER SMOKE sporadically HE HAD ABORTIONS what you think could be the problem? to undergo medical examinations should of? thank you very much!

Thank you for your query.
Based on your symptoms, I would like to rule out premature ovarian failure.

I recommend :
-a fertility specialist consult
-blood tests (anti mullerian hormone, follicle stimulating hormone, Leutinizing hormone, estradiol levels, Thyroid stimulating hormone, free t3 and t4, prolactin levels, complete blood count, blood glucose panel, lipid profile)
-ultrasound abdomen - follicular study.

Yes your right ovary should arable you to get pregnant if all the hormone levels are normal. Please get these checked as soon as possible to see what is going on.
I don't understand what you mean by "sporadically he had abortions". Please rephrase or elaborate.
