What Causes Infertility?

Hi,. I m trying to conceive for more than one yr. Consulted gynaec doc, gone through all the tests including hsg, reports are normal. Currently I m going through follicular scans. Two cycles are completed but no result found. I m 27yrs. My periods are regular.Taking med fertisure f, siphene 50mg from day 2-6, progynova day 7, after ovulation duphaston. Can you suggest what would be the problem and how would folicular scan help me for pregnancy?

Hi I think if everything is fine, you have unexplained infertility. Siphene will help you in getting pregnant by increasing the size of follicles. Scan will help you in tracking the follicle growth and when follicle is more than 17 to 18 mm, take injection for rupture of follicles. Be in contact with your husband for next 2 days .Take duphaston for 2 weeks after rupture is confirmed on ultrasound. Do a urine pregnancy test after that. You can try like that for 3 to 6 cycles. Hope it helps.
