ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello!
It is unlikely that there is dead tissue in the back of your throat, however there can be some persistent swelling due to acid reflux, please avoid hot and spicy food and meet your ent doctor, he will do an endoscopy on you and guide you further, thanks
