OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Redness, itching and blood from the vagina is suggestive of candida ( fungus) infection. It is more common in pet, especially in patients who are diabetics.
It has minimal effect on the foetus.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist and get your vaginal swab examined to detect the type of candidal infection( albicans/ non albicans) , get your blood sugar levels tested and treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
