Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I can understand your concern for your daughter and the bleeding from her gums seems to be most probably due to teething caused due to inflammation secondary to teething..

If her gums are severely inflamed there is a possibility that she has infection in her gums and you should consult a Paediatric dentist known as Pedodontist and get her evaluated and in case if the bleeding is due to inflammation of gums caused due to teething then cold compresses over the gums and cleaning the teeth using an ultra soft toothbrush or with a clean gauze piece can help..

If there is gum infection manual cleaning of teeth followed by a short course of antibiotic syrup can help in reducing inflammation and bleeding..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
