What Causes Inflamed And Tender Sinus Along With Soreness In Upper Back?

I have post nasal drip and sinus feel inflamed and a bit tender. Nothing to sore. I also have an upper sore back and raspy feeling throat. I feel run down and nauseated at times. I also get really chilled in bed and then a xoue if hours later I m very hot. This has been going on all summer. I thought it was hay fever but seems to much for that. Also noticed a small dint in my forehead this morning, not sue w if that s related. Any ideas pleas

Hi there.

You have Sinusitis and pharyngitis. Do steam inhalation. Take antibiotic life Tablet Augmentin 625mg twice a day for a week.
