What Causes Inflamed Fordyce Spots On Penis Shaft?
Hi, I have what I think are four inflamed fordyce spots on the shaft of my penis, I have other smaller ones bust those don t seem to bother me. However, the inflamed ones don t hurt, but are annoying, and I can usually get a white pus to come out when I squeeze them. What I want to know is, how can I get the inflamed ones, back to there smaller size?

Hi,
It can be a secondary infection or it can be due to dry sex. Use anti-inflammatory drugs and use anti-fungals if itching persists.
