Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It may due to extreme sex you do with your partner. Avoid extreme deep penetration in your mouth. Get the following tests done:
* Serum IGE level
* Absolute eosinophil count
* CBC

You can take tablet Allegra 120 before swallowing sperm.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
