What Causes Inflammation Along With Itching On Face, Earlobes And Forearms?

Hi, I am experiencing strange symptoms affecting my face. My face is red, warm, swollen and itchy. I also have itching on my wrists and forearms and earlobes. My eyes are a little red also. It began on Thursday night and has been consistent since then. I don t believe that I have had any exposure to any unusual foods or any new products with fragrance, etc. I have taken antihistamine and used topical allergy cream but it does not seem to be allergy related. I have not been out in the sun. The only thing that has helped my face feel better is ice. These symptoms have occurred 4 other times in the past two years. The symptoms typically last 10-15 days. I have visited the dermatologist, allergist and internist and no one has been able to identify the cause. Any ideas? Thank you!
