What Causes Inflammation And Bleeding In The Penis?
I have type 2 diabetes every time I am having sex with my partner my foreskin goes really hot and then it splits. We are using condoms now but there is redness inside the condom after where it has been bleeding. And it keeps taking over a week to heal I have been using canes ten combo cream but to no avail. Sometimes I have no sensation at the tip of my penis. What do you recommend?
