What Causes Inflammation And Bumps On Vagina?

Hi I am 19 & have been experiencing a uncomfortable sore very inflamed vagina for past 2days & have noticed some small pimpall like bumps have appeared! It hurts when I pee & is very uncomftable, I have started using thrush cream as I thought might be this. But Do I have anythink to worry about??
