What Causes Inflammation And Discomfort In The Prostate Gland?

I ve had prostitus in the past and have done better taking a supplement for the last few years with few symptoms. I ve did some bush hogging for several days and it has caused new symptoms. No severe but have inflammation with discomfort. Don t want to take any antibiotics. Any suggestions

As a first line management you ca start on antibiotics,preferably Ciprofloxacin. Antibiotics are the key to the treatment of prostitis. If adequate antibiotics are not taken, you will end up in unwanted complications.
If symptoms persists,you can go a prostate biopsy and also do a PSA test. You can consult a urologist and he will assist you further.
