What Causes Inflammation And Pus Discharge From The Middle Finger?
my husband s middle finger has swollen up three times the size. There is puss oozing from the top of the finger. The doctor s gave him antibiotics and ointment, but it isn t getting any better. The skid on top is bright red and cracking. My husband has punctured his finger in a couple places and green puss is coming out. What else should he do? The doctor said what 3 more days before coming back.

According to your complain you have problem of pus discharge from middle finger and more swelling at this area that indicate any infection.
Serious nail bed infection cause this type of symptoms. Herpatic whitlo also cause blister like swelling. Fungal or other infection cause pus discharge from middle finger. If needed than drainage can done.
