What Causes Inflammation And Severe Co Axial Pain?

hi,i am suferring from coxial pain,under gone nuclear medicine x-ray,it shows inflamation,than started taking myoril for 30 days.after that for 3 days i am ok.then stareted sever pain.what is the reason for this,does i am going on right way?
