What Causes Inflammation And Swelling In The Abdomen?

My stomach has flarred up again. It feels inflamed and swollen. The pain and burning it worse in my right upper abdomen goes straight to my back in that upper right region. Thats where it begins but by the end of the day my stomach feels like a basketball and it feels as if acid (if i had to describe it) is leaking throughout my stomach. Very uncomfortable.
