What Causes Inflammation Around The Elbows?

i lift on a regular basis. A few months ago i developed an aggrevation / inflammation on the outside of my elbow and into the brachioradialis that I can t seem to get rid of. I have laid off my routines and have tried topical gels for inflammation and the aggrevation has not subsided. I read an article about Knox Nutra flex gelatin but can t seem to find it anywhere. Do you have any suggestions.

Consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

As of now, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
