Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I am pretty sure that the inflammation around the head of your penis is not due to Levofloxacin.
Please maintain good local hygiene and visit your nearby primary care physician who will physically examine and will prescribe an appropriate antibiotic, if necessary.

I hope it helps. Please feel free to ask more questions.
Regards,
Dr. Prabhash Verma
