My my daughter has a inflamed area around her wrist that it s going up towards her elbow area it s playing then it s hot and it looks like an under surface arm infection under surface skin infection yet it was really inflamed last night or this morning like 1 o clock in the morning but it s gone down since could it be the type of cellulitis and if so do I need to bring her and immediately

It can be a case of cellulitis or a hive due to some allergy as there is swelling, redness and feels hot to touch.
in any case, I would recommend you take her to the ER immediately to get it treated.
