just looking up later stages of lymes disease symptoms. husband in hospital with what they initially called bursitis. had redness down entire arm and up to shoulder. i recall him saying joints hurt when this started. had course of vancomycin but the blood culture came back negative. entire redness has now cleared but elbow and surrounding is firey red. aspirated the elbow yesterday, waiting on that culture. now taking po cleocin. has central line in jugular. any thoughts? i know this is alot.
