What Causes Inflammation In The Arms After Taking Vaccination For Shingles?

I am interested in learning about side affects from shingle s vaccination beyond redness and sore arm. I had the shot 3 weeks ago and had what I believe to be a side affect from shot ..... my right side face has some numbness, as well as my mouth and lips. Also numbness in right thumb. Does this sound like the shingles vaccination? I started the day after the injection.
