Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, all symptoms suggest possibility of underlying autoimmune disorder so a baseline work up with ANA, ESR and CRP should be done alongside RA Factor levels. A Rheumatologist review may also be needed. Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can be used. For swelling anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen can be of help however allergic reaction should also be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
