What Causes Inflammation In The Scrotum After Intercourse?

I had sex with a girl I don t really know, was wearing a condom but broke. Now my stratum is very red like a rash it feels warm like putting off heat. No discharge of any kind but around the rim of head looks like a very small bump but i cant tell for sure. Please help
