l am60 years recently my esr found 56 lam sufferig frombrnchial seasonal allergy in the every march april andjuly august for last ten years remaining 8 months are compratively good during these 4 months my chest re main blocked throat inflamed with post natal discharge poor digestion abdomen full of gas urine not pass frequently through out the year for the last 15 years stool not pass easily and remained tense allthe time more sensitive concerned body weiht 57 bp 110 70 heart beat 72 tall slim

Hi,

Allergic upper respiratory congestion mandates precautions to avoid exposure to pollen, dust and excess cold. Therapy of decongestant as and when required.

The abdomen bloating with chronic constipation must be evaluated by the means of CT abdomen and diagnostic colonoscopy to figure out best means of management to cure.
