Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that inflammation of the roof of the mouth, under the tongue and puffy chin and pain while no pain at the site of extraction does not seems to be due to extraction, rather it seems to be due to causes like side effects or allergic reaction to the local anaesthesia solution or can also be due to side effect to the medications that might be advised to post extraction..
I would suggest you to consult your treating dentist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like blood tests if needed can be done to rule out the exact cause and get treated accordingly..
In case if it is due to reaction to the anaesthesia then it will get resolved once the effect of the anaesthesia weans off..
If it is due to allergic reaction to antibiotics stopping the intake of current antibiotics should be done followed by given substitutes that are compatible to your body..
As of now you can take anti allergics like Levocetrizine and anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
Do cool water rinses and suck ice pops.
Do cool compresses under the chin..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
