What Causes Inflammation On Clitoral Hood?
I am experiencing what appears to be some sort of inflammation just about my clitoral hood. They are a cluster of flesh colored pimple like bumps all in the same area. When I stretch the skin they are much more visible. I have noticed small gland like bumps there before but there are a few that are larger and much more noticeable. Please advise

It could be due to local inflammation.
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
