What Causes Inflammation On Penis?

Hello, I am having redness on head of my penis, with very small red dots, I am not feeling any itchiness or pain, I had intercourse 3 days back and since then it has appeared, i thought it might be because of friction but don t want to assume much. could you please help....

This may not be infection because this does not have any other symptoms, and this could be some nonspecific lesion just wait for some time and it will be vanished soon, just keep the area clean, for safe side "Povidone Iodine" can be used, hope this information helps, take care.
