What Causes Inflammation On Right Foot?

Good morning, I am suffering from severe inflamation in my right foot. Specifically in the heel area and behind the ankle bone. I have already had two cortizone shots which relived some of the pain, I believe I may have poor circulation which may be causing the inflammation. Any recommendations? Thank you
