Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Over night heels became inflamed and red dots right in the middle of the heel. it was painful and could not walk on heels at all. Put close to it and redness subsided the next day. Heels are still a little sore however I am very careful of my footwear. I have had MS for 35 years and am still walking and would surely like to keep it that way!
The symptoms are more likely to suggest the possibility of the infected plantar wart.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Tramadol or Diclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a general practitioner and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
