What Causes Inflammation On The Right Foot And Big Toe?

my right foot is red and warm on the top. below the big toe. it came on gradually, no swelling. doesn t hurt at rest. I have had gout before but the pain was constant. this appears to be different. it is localized in the an irregular shape of about 4 I had surgery on oct.19 for a new hip. could it be a blood clot?

There are chances that this is a blood clot,try applying thrombolysis ointment & see if it works otherwise other causes may be thought of,get an X-ray of your foot.
