What Causes Injury In Penis After Heavy Masturbation?

I used to masturbate a lot and i think i may have injured my penis. I recently saw a doctor and he ran some tests and gave cialis in the end. My erection improved but the tip of my penis was so soft that I could not penetrate during my attampt to have sex. How can i overcome this?

I really appreciate your concern, yours is not the disease condition and this could be some psychological problem so you have to take this is easy, in my opinion for some time forget about the intercourse and masturbation because you are taking this thing very seriously and becoming over conscious, and that creates panic attack, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
