What Causes Inomyoma Along With Constant Pelvic Pains?

I am 46 im 1.59 ft 67 kilos when I was 22 I had a dermoid cyst remove from my left ovary. I have around 3 inomioma. My period is not very heavy. last month it was..Ive been having constant pains very low on my left side just above my pelvis. I get these pains 15 days after my period and i may get them when Im due to get my period. I recently had an ovary and large intestine cancer blood test but was ok. Last year when I was having these pains again my gyno after giving me an internal u/s said that probably the inomioma may be pressuring on the ovaries. what do you think?
