What Causes Insomnia After Taking A HCG Shot?

I ve taken the HCG shot to loose weight. I only took it for approx. 10 days because I didn t like how it was making me feel. More importantly, I suffer with insomnia and take 2 sleeping meds for it and once I started the HCG, I no longer had a nights sleep. I don t know about measurements, but the injection dose measured 20 on the syringe. I haven t taken it for 3 days and am still having trouble sleeping. How long does it take to leave my body. Starting to panic!

Usually, in standard dosage, the HCG does not produce insomnia, but the individual case matters have to be evaluated on particular clinical findings and data.
