What Causes Insomnia Along With Dizziness?

My daughter has been sick for six months. Can t get enough sleep, dizziness, Head flushes basically from her ears down to her waist, and then trouble breathing this has only just started happening over the last few weeks. First attach was at work, dizziness, nausea and heart palpitations. She has been seeing Doctors, to Naturapaths, to Accupuncturists, now integrated doctors. Vertigo ruled out, Allergy levels very high but manageable on anihisthamines, Had MRI, Cat Scan, Eyes tested, every blood test possible. Been to a physio for 5 months to realign her neck and back etc as this was the first verdict. Once she starts picking up a new ailment arrives, any further suggestions we are to go next.

Hello,

Well, insomnia may be difficult to treat, but there are some methods which can be used. Treatment options include behavior and lifestyle changes, medicines, and complementary medicines. You need to change your dietary habits and these include changing your sleep area or schedule, watching what and when you eat and drink, and being more active. It's also important to keep regular bedtimes and wake times-7 days a week-and to try to avoid taking naps during the day. Prescription sleep medicines may also help and include Diazepam and similar medications. Melatonin is supplement which may be of help as well. In severe cases special testing is needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
