Hello,

Myoril is a muscle relaxant which may aggravate her shortness of breath. I would recommend consulting with her doctor and performing some tests to investigate for the shortness of breath:
- A cardiac ultrasound to investigate for heart failure.
- Chest x-ray study and pulmonary function tests to investigate for a lung disorder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka
