What Causes Insomnia, Fatigue And Dizziness?
I can t quite articulate my symptoms but my head feels weird. Feeling dizzy spells. No congestion. Have been getting enough sleep, no alcohol, one cup of coffee a day, eating well. It almost feels like a hangover without the headache. Kind of fuzzy. Tired. Wish I could be more specific. I have had a death in the family last month (mother) and I know that stress can do odd things to your body. . . could be that but seems unlikely.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the psychological condition you must be having and it must be due to the incidence gone in your family, just try to come out of this and be practical and positive, you have not mentioned your age and gender here else something else could be thought hope this information helps.
