What Causes Insomnia While On Kalms?

hello, I have been taking hrt for many years Estelle Duet 1mg, white tables fine, 3 green table within a week produce monthly bleed up to this month. Green tablets are gone, i still have huge period pains but nothing happning. Due to start white tablets tomorrow. Now, I have had trouble sleeping and taken Kalms for the past week. Do you think the Kalms are interacting with the hrt? Everything been ok didnt i started Kalms

Consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated. You can try newer benzodiazepines like zolpidem (zolefresh) to get adequate sleep.
