I had an ovarian cyst burst yesterday morning. Ovarian cysts and endometriosis are medical matters i have had. normally it is painful and goes away. This time my entire abdominal cavity became distended and extremely painful. This had happened once before and I survived so I did not go in to ER. Then by evening my whole chest and stomach hurt when i breathed deeply. I thought this would pass and took more ibuprofen. Today I have had a miserable day still in pain with my stomach still very tender. I am worried that maybe instead of the cysts or endometriosis it is something else like gallstones. any ideas on what is causing this/
