What Causes Intense Abdominal Pain?

I am experiencing intense lower abdominal pain. It started with a sharp pain on my left side while I was exercising. The pain quickly switched to my entire lower abdomin and worsens when I move; however, moving around does not bother it. I am not experiencing any other symptoms, but it has been hurting for two hours now. Do I need to go to the ER? Thank you for your time.

hi
thanks for asking
surely if the pain is not subsiding then you should go to ER and do some relevant investigations like full blood count and ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.......i would suggest to take

1) antispasmodic medication like tab no-spa forte

2) muscle relaxant like tizanidine

3) and pain killer like panadol
