What Causes Intense Clitoral Pain After Intercourse Or Masturbation?

Hi I have been having intense clitoral pain after sex/masturbation usually starting the morning after and continuing until the early afternoon. There s a lot of supporting evidence suggesting it s just soreness from being rough. ... I like a little pain in the moment, just not the next day when it s not a sexual situation and I m just trying to live my life. So can you tell me of any easy otc methods I can use to reduce/eliminate this clitoral pain? I ve only tried ibuprofen a few times and that just made it worse.
