Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have j intense headache during bowel movement . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , But in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are due to exertional headaches . Exertional headaches are a group of headache syndromes, which are associated with some physical activity. Exertional headaches can, in some instances, be a sign of abnormalities in the brain or other diseases . I would suggest you to consult neurologist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , MRI and blood test . Doctor may prescribe tricyclic antidepressnts , vasograin , NSAIDS and betablockers .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
