What Causes Intense Lower Back Pain And Blood In Urine Long After A Hysterectomy?
I have extreme lower back pain that is now moving around to my stomach. I have had some blood when I have a bowel movement, bright red. I am now having like menstrual cramps. I have had a hysterectomy. 3 years in March. I just used the restroom and my urine is discolored, almost, like there is a little blood in my urine. I have been having these back pains for 3 weeks now. Also, I am a diabetic. Thank you for your time!
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service. I reviewed your query and here is advise. I think you might be having kidney stones. I recommend you to take any buscopan or spasmex for pain. Also drink lots of fluids and water. You should get evaluated by an urologist and an ultrasound should be done and also an urine analysis You should discuss the ways of treatment with an urologist . This is not much related to passed hysterectomy.
Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
